Reinvent Your North

You're good at your job. So why isn't your career moving as fast as it should?

Career & workplace coaching for high-performing professionals navigating the unwritten rules of corporate America.

Turn strong performance into greater influence, visibility and career advancement.

You’re doing the work. But something still isn’t translating.

You deliver. You take on responsibility. You solve problems.

And yet you may find yourself wondering:

  • Why am I not getting promoted?

  • What does my manager actually mean when they say I need to be “more strategic”?

  • How do I make my work visible without constantly selling myself?

  • How do I influence senior stakeholders when I don't have formal authority?

  • Why do some people seem to advance faster even when I'm doing the work?

  • How do I navigate workplace dynamics without feeling like I'm playing politics?

That gap has a name: the unwritten rules.

Reinvent Your North helps high-performing professionals understand what’s really getting in the way of their career progression and navigate the workplace more intentionally.

You don’t need to work harder or become someone you’re not.

You need to understand the environment you’re operating in and learn how to navigate it.

Hi, I’m Nidhi.

I’ve spent my career learning how organizations actually work.

I’ve built my career across India and the United States in financial services, strategy and product management.

Along the way, I learned that doing great work is only one part of career progression.

You also need to know how to communicate your impact, build influence, navigate stakeholders and advocate for yourself.

And when you’ve built your career across cultures, there can be another layer: the behaviors that helped you succeed earlier in your career don’t always translate directly into corporate America.

That’s what I now help high-performing professionals navigate, combining my professional experience, coaching training and firsthand experience working across cultures.

  • “I came to Nidhi at a crossroads, with several very different paths in front of me and a lot of uncertainty about what I wanted my next chapter to look like. Nidhi has a remarkable ability to help you connect the dots between experiences and patterns that you haven’t recognized yourself. I came away with greater clarity about my next chapter, and much more confidence in my own judgment.”

  • “As a woman leader transitioning into a director-level role, it was incredibly valuable to have Nidhi’s coaching and guidance during this pivotal time. Nidhi helped me thoughtfully align my leadership style with my personal values, which gave me greater confidence and clarity in how I show up as a leader.

  • “Through coaching, I gained the confidence to have an honest conversation with my manager about how I was feeling that improved our working relationship, and I began making decisions based on what I believed was right rather than what I thought others expected of me. What stood out most about working with Nidhi was her ability to help me uncover patterns I hadn’t recognized in myself and ask questions that shifted how I saw my situation.”

—Kristin, Manager @ a Sustainable Initiatives Firm

  • “Nidhi helped me find clarity, confidence, and calm amidst the chaos. She offered far more than just encouragement; she helped me understand the roots of my struggles with self-confidence and growth fears, assisted me in setting new goals, and helped me rebuild momentum in a way that aligns with both my family life and my ambitions."

    —Mary Pat, Photographer & Entrepreneur

  • “A moment of ‘rambling-turned-freezing’ during a faculty meeting had shaken my confidence. Working with Nidhi helped me see that these reactions weren’t about my competence or intelligence. A breakthrough moment came when I recognized that clarity comes not from saying more, but from saying less and trusting it."
